Timepieces purchased from Alpina UK may be shipped within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. Please allow an additional two working days if you request watch resizing prior to despatch.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear and update on the DPD Dashboard.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
