SHIPPING
We recommend that you package a watch for repair carefully and send it with a copy of the International Warranty by registered and adequately insured mail. Shipping costs for watches sent to our service centre are the responsibility of the sender. Under no circumstances will Alpina be liable for damage incurred when sending your watch to our service centre.
IMPORTANT
RETURNS
Watches still under international warranty will be returned by registered and insured mail unless otherwise specified, the associated return costs borne by the Alpina brand.
Watches outside of their warranty period will be returned by registered and insured mail at the expense of the end customer.
KEEP IN MIND
REPAIR TIME
To effectively repair your watch it will take some time to complete and test to specification. You will receive automatic updates on the status of your repair via our online service centre.
YOUR VALUE
EXPIRY OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Watches sent for repair more than two years after the date of purchase are no longer covered by the warranty. If a watch sent for repair is not accompanied by a warranty certificate signed by an authorised retailer, it is considered to be no longer covered by it. Shipping costs for watches sent to our service centre are the responsibility of the sender.
COVERAGE
ESTIMATES
Estimates are prepared for all repairs not covered by the international warranty and must be approved before the procedure concerned.
POWER
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
When replacing a battery in our service centre, we ensure all seals and gaskets are renewed and watches are tested and restored to its original water resistance specification.
ALPINA
SERVICING
Upon completion of all chargeable repairs we will provide a 12 month warranty for our workmanship.
